During the day take a minute to regularly reflect on your emotional feeling at that specific point in time. Record that feeling/emotion, and how aware you were of that feeling/emotion before you consciously focused on it. Rarely do we consciously focus. Noticing is the first step to mastery. When we reflect, the more we notice, the more choice we have.
