LEADING WELLBEING

Sam Ellis is an experienced consultant, coach and facilitator with a passion for nurturing growth and wellbeing. Sam’s unique approach is rooted in the science of somatic leadership and physiology. She helps participants to connect the 4 dimensions of mind, body, heart and purpose (spirit) to improve performance. Our ‘wholeness’ workshops are designed to inspire, educate, create and sustain a healthy step-change where people and teams feel physically energised, mentally focused with a sense of belonging and purpose.

1. THE ‘WHOLENESS’ APPROACH

The Wellbeing for Performance Programme helps participants reframe the drivers of wellbeing and make commitments to incremental but powerful changes at both a personal and team level. The programme is built around the Wholeness Wellbeing wheel and guides participants through the process of ensuring the 4 energies are in balance.

2. MENTAL FITNESS WORKOUT PROGRAMME

 Designed for the remote, desk-bound worker  5 minute booster sessions - short, guided mental fitness workouts to experience and internalise in real-time the promotion, maintenance and lifting of their mental health in the moment.  Best experienced individually although can be combined into a mental fitness playlist  Starts with an introduction session – what is mental fitness, small actions to reap big mental rewards, the power of prevention vs curse of the cure  6 booster sessions include: the Now Exercise (self-observation), Today’s Script (mind- talk exercise), Loosen Up (physical energiser), My Team (social connection exercise), Calm Now (reset breath exercise), Take Away (self-insight exercise)

3. SCALING TALENT – DEVELOPING YOUR RESILIENCE

 2 x 90 minute practical workshops  Participants complete share and discuss outcomes of their own resilience wheel and consider actions to take to improve resilience  Exploring a range of tools and frameworks to apply in their day-to-day  Understanding triggers and methods to proactively manage and maintain a strong performance

4. MOVED TO LEAD

 A 7-part virtual programme designed for senior leaders, helping to connect mind and body and intended to help leaders re-centre, re-energise and re-focus  Providing a unique perspective to leadership styles (inspired by the Leadership Circle’s reactive and creative competencies) and approaches encouraging whole person thinking and development, rooted in the principles of somatic leadership  2 X 45 minute workshops with 5 30 minute sessions in between where participants are guided through a number of practical exercises to explore and understand the connection between internal feelings and external behaviours.  Provides a sharper focus to how and why we react the way we do in high pressure situations and how to use that awareness to improve presence and performance
