Description
Aimed at managers responsible for the delivery of change initiatives, this practical workshop provides participants with relevant insights into a range of behavioral tools which they can employ to manage successful change. Studies show that many change projects fail due to lack of attention to the human aspects of business change. This workshop will therefore help participants to support both individuals and teams through times of change by developing a strong awareness of the human dynamics of change.
