With change now accepted as ever-constant, employers are focusing their attentions on how to prepare their employees for constant disruption. The biggest investment businesses can make is in providing their employees with the opportunity to develop the agility and mindset needed to accept change as ‘flow’ and shift from ‘survive’ mindset to ‘thrive’ mindset. Primeast’s Future Skil ls portfolio is built on a 30+ year history of working with organisations, providing a ‘whole person’ approach to management and leadership development. It is a modular portfolio which can be incorporated into your Learning and Development catalogue and drawn down by leaders across your organisation depending on individual, team or area needs. Modules are designed to provide a multi-dimensional, multi-sensory learning experience. Pre-rollout consultation with your HR or Learning and Development teams, allows modules to be contextualised to align to existing culture, change or transformation programme goals.

Thinking effects behaviours With constant shifting of the skills horizon, it is as important that employees develop such attributes as curiosity, self-leadership and interpersonal intelligence. When designing Future Skill modules, we consider the inner development outcomes as well as the external skill outcomes. Our Future Skills checklist will help inform conversations internally around areas to develop which will impact on culture, behaviours and performance. Where required, Primeast will work with you to identify the gaps between current state and future destination to ensure your learning and development is focused on achieving the organisation’s vision and goals. This work might extend to cultural audits, development needs analyses, transformational change planning and development.
