Thinking effects behaviours With constant shifting of the skills horizon, it is as important that employees develop such attributes as curiosity, self-leadership and interpersonal intelligence. When designing Future Skill modules, we consider the inner development outcomes as well as the external skill outcomes. Our Future Skills checklist will help inform conversations internally around areas to develop which will impact on culture, behaviours and performance. Where required, Primeast will work with you to identify the gaps between current state and future destination to ensure your learning and development is focused on achieving the organisation’s vision and goals.
