When creating a learning programme consider the following:

▪ Does it work globally if appropriate (culturally appropriate, language available and logistically feasible)? ▪ Does it contain elements which required licenses or accredited practitioners to deliver? ▪ Will the client services team need training on administering tools? ▪ Are the costs and prices of the tools and administrative time included in the proposed budget and deadlines ▪ How will you measure the effectiveness of the design for learning and impact (what indicators should be evident as a result of the programme)?
