CLIENT NEED PRIMEAST SOLUTION

1 year program utilising the Leadership Circle Profile at the start and end, a series of individual coaching session and 3 Action Forums bringing together the 8 participants to work collectively. The focus is to enhance their leadership effectiveness, work on and deliver 2 significant business challenges and build a strong level of trust and collaboration across the EMEA business.

An advanced leadership development program for Country Managers as part of their succession plans for future VP’s

Program management administration support for the graduate program to coordinate communications, participants getting to the venue, accommodation, training facilities, meals and training materials for participants, program managers and guest speakers To provide soft skills training for the 1 year long Graduate Development program to run alongside the internal professional and technical training for 36 people

Develop 4 quarterly modules, team coaching and additional presentation skills support in advance of them presenting their group projects to the Executive panel. This included face- to-face modules, virtual instructor lead training and virtual team coaching

Regular review meetings, discussions, co-ordination and management of the project logistics. Provide budget and cost analysis and tracking spend by participant. Ensured the event was run smoothly and effectively overcoming and last minute changes or external changes such as cancelled flights through an air traffic control strike!
