A leading industrial services provider sought our support to undergo significant culture change which was having a direct impact on performance. Primeast implemented the Culture Assessment across the organisation, identifying 8 data cuts including a mix of function, business unit, location and leadership roles. The organisational survey report indicated a score for entropy which is benchmarked against a global average AND an industry average. A lower score provided real impetus for change to ensure the organisation could begin to align appropriately for an improved performance in relation to their competitors.
