+ Headtorch deliver this programme with 1 facilitator and 1 actor-facilitator + Face to face or virtual classrooms
HeadWay concentrates on how to: + Know the fundamentals of mental health, what it is and what it isn’t + Realise that change in mental health is normal + Understand the need to look out for colleagues’ mental health on an equal basis to their physical health + Be aware of your own comfort, stretch and panic zones + Recognise the effects of behaviour on mental health + Be able to spot signs of colleagues who may be unwell + Take responsibility and be supportive when a colleague is struggling + Be aware of the support options available and how to access these

A fictitious case study is developed. This is brought to life by an actor and, together with filmed drama from Headtorch WORKS, these events come alive. They are a safe place for staff to gain awareness and understanding.
