 By 2030 85% of the job roles required will not have been invented yet.  This rapidly changing landscape will mean that emotional and social skills will only become even more important than they already are. Managers and Leaders will need to develop a depth of emotional intelligence to be able to respond and adapt to this changing landscape.  These modules incorporate a number of proven self-assessments, tools and frameworks which can be employed to support participants in the journey towards developing the emotional intelligence required which results in enhanced creative and critical thinking - an essential attribute for tomorrow's world.
