The Scaling Talent portfolio is intended to support the ongoing leadership development strategy accelerating change by mobilizing teams through complementary development. Whilst leaders are developing their own skills and undergoing culture and change programs, it is important to invest in your operational team skills and knowledge so that they are more likely to support the leadership and organization’s efforts to achieving the strategic intent. For example whilst working with your organization’s leaders in rolling out a change program, teams can complete the change modules from Scaling Talent which gives them the knowledge and understanding to be able to support the leader’s vision for change. HOW IT WORKS

 Our Scaling Talent portfolio is a modular approach to people and personal development.  Modules have been designed to addressed the challenges faced by organizations TODAY.  Select the module you need to address your immediate needs to be delivered as stand- alone virtual learning or create a full program which builds on existing skills and competencies.  The Scaling Talent workshops are designed to be delivered in 3 hour sessions.  Participants are provided with a toolkit which they can take back into the workplace to apply, reflect and share observations and further learning opportunities with their line managers.

SCALING TALENT

Scaling Talent is a flexible, modular approach to developing and growing talent within organizations. Modules are designed to be delivered virtually or face to face to suit client schedules, locations, language and cultural requirements. Modules are delivered by an experienced Primeast facilitator from our team of 120+ associates worldwide. Scaling Talent helps you build organizational strength and accelerate organizational change. Some modules may include the completion of pre-work and additional resources. It is important that participants are briefed to complete this work and any supporting tool sheets. Modules can also be contextualised following an organizational briefing which ensures learning is relevant and applied to the workplace scenario.

TEAMWORK

 97% of employees and executives believe lack of alignment within a team impacts the outcome of a task or project (Mckinsey).  Our teamwork modules are designed to focus on the establishing and leading of high performing teams covering the physical structure and character of a team, how to build trust to enhance performance, working to members' strengths and how to align with the team purpose and vision in order to achieve outstanding results.

COMMUNICATION

 86% of employees and executives cite lack of communication or collaboration for workplace failures.. Unfortunately, communication has become increasingly challenging in today's complex and changing world.  As one of the 4 Cs of highly effective management and leadership, communication has a direct impact on collaboration, teamworking, engagement and potential for growth as an organization. It is a critical skill which must be mastered to support improved performance at every level.  Our range of communication modules are highly focused on specific areas which have been proven to impact the most on team and individual performance.

RESILIENCE

 Continued stress, complexity and challenge takes its toll on employees at all levels. As managers and leaders you need to be equipped with a toolkit of strategies and tactics to be able to deal with the challenges both for your own mental health and also the health and wellbeing of your colleagues and teams.  Health and wellbeing has been proven to have a direct impact on performance. Our resilience modules explore a range of practical activities, approaches and principles to raise awareness and understanding with actions and commitments to support self and others to maintain resiliency and ensure a healthy high performance.

CULTURE

 Culture is the foundation of any high growth organization. Understanding the values which drive a thriving culture and then aligning your employees to the purpose and culture of your organization has been proven to have a significant impact on organizational performance.  Managers and leaders are responsible for developing and managing this culture. Our modules incorporate a number of proven tools and assessments which can be employed to accelerate culture change within an organization.  These modules can also be employed to support wider organizational culture development programs delivered through our Prime Leadership offering using a range of proven tools including the Barrett Values Culture and Values Assessments.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

 By 2030 85% of the job roles required will not have been invented yet.  This rapidly changing landscape will mean that emotional and social skills will only become even more important than they already are. Managers and Leaders will need to develop a depth of emotional intelligence to be able to respond and adapt to this changing landscape.  These modules incorporate a number of proven self-assessments, tools and frameworks which can be employed to support participants in the journey towards developing the emotional intelligence required which results in enhanced creative and critical thinking - an essential attribute for tomorrow's world.

CHANGE

 Because change is the only constant. organizations must be open and adaptable to change, ready to embrace the challenges it presents.  Developing the skills to understand the purpose, scope and impact of change will ensure participants will be able to engage positively and effectively with any change process, accelerating and ensuring the success of organizational change.  Modules will explore the theory and practice of change and participants will learn how to contribute towards and influence any change management process to affect a more successful outcome.

INNOVATION  Innovation is not a mysterious art. It is a systematic approach to process and product improvement and invention which, when applied, supports both continuous improvement and radical disruption, all of which provide opportunity and competitive advantage.  Innovation modules provide participants with the theoretical context and an understanding of the processes and approaches which support the development of a culture of innovation and also develop innovation thinking within teams.  Content will include some practical activities which can be applied in meeting situations to challenge and test ‘status quo’ thinking.

FAST TRACK MANAGEMENT  Taking the step towards management puts great demands on highly skilled employees.  Our Fast Track Management modules are specially designed and selected from the Scaling Talent portfolio to equip participants with a range of critical skills which will help them be more effective as potential, new or developing managers.  These modules will focus on equipping participants with the practical skills, the opportunity to apply these new skills and receive developmental feedback and to develop actions to take back to the workplace.  For a customized Fast Track Management or graduate program, configured to suit your needs, speak to our team. *Additional modules are available.

COACHING

 Coaching has been proven to make a real difference when it comes to embedding learning into the workplace. Our coaching team are highly experienced in a range of methods to support coaches in their own development.  From Coaching Conversations to accredited coaching programs, our modules will provide participants with the skills required to support team members in their own skills and thinking development.  You can find out more about our Coaching Service and how Scaling Talent coaching differs from Prime Leadership coaching on our website or speak to a member of the team to supplement it to your development program.

IMPLEMENTATION

HOW IT WORKS  Scaling Talent modules are hosted on our Digital Campus which is a custom learning management system. You will receive joining instructions and login details once your program is confirmed.  Workshops are designed for up to 15 participants and costs include access to the Digital Campus and the learning materials and resources used as part of the workshop. Participants will have access to their Digital Campus for a period of up to 6 months following the workshop. Some modules will require some pre-work to be done for example completion of a survey or self-assessment. All links and information regarding this will be provided prior to the workshop taking place.  Scaling Talent modules are structured to be delivered virtually and content has been specifically designed for the virtual learning environment. This will include active participation from the attendees including breakout rooms, completion of practical activities and the time and space to complete activities, to apply learning in the workshop, reflection of the learning and action planning for embedding learning into their day to day role. Participants should be briefed that the workshops demand engagement and commitment to ensure the greatest impact and value for your organization.  Each Scaling Talent module is designed to provide a 3 hour session.

 Digital Campus allows you to enrol participants directly onto programs once we provide you with the details. They will be able to access learning materials and complete pre-work for workshops once logged in. Our Learning Design team manage the platform and will provide you with evaluation and reporting data according to your requirements.  Workshops are hosted on Zoom and all sessions include a Producer as well as the facilitator. Once the schedule is agreed invitation links will be made available to participants.  For more information regarding how the workshops are run, please speak to a member of our team.
