INNOVATION  Innovation is not a mysterious art. It is a systematic approach to process and product improvement and invention which, when applied as a process supports both continuous improvement and radical disruption, all of which provide opportunity and competitive advantage.  Innovation modules provide participants with the theoretical context and an understanding of the processes and approaches which support the development of a culture of innovation and also develop innovation thinking within teams.  Content will include some practical activities which can be applied in meeting situations to challenge and test ‘status quo’ thinking.
