HOW IT WORKS

 Our Scaling Talent portfolio is a modular approach to people and personal development.  Modules have been designed to addressed the challenges faced by organisations TODAY.  Select the module you need to address your immediate needs to be delivered as stand-alone virtual learning or create a full programme which builds on existing skills and competencies.  The Scaling Talent workshops are designed to be delivered in two parts of 90 minutes each or 3 hour sessions.  In between the sessions participants will be instructed to observe, practice or apply their learning and be given the opportunity in the second part to review, reflect and receive developmental feedback on their experiences in the workplace.  This ensures its easy to schedule internally, is convenient for time poor teams and allows participants to apply their learning in their day-to-day work and more likely make changes and develop for improved performance and personal satisfaction.
