The Scaling Talent portfolio is intended to support the ongoing leadership development strategy accelerating change by mobilising teams through complementary development. Whilst leaders are developing their own skills and undergoing culture and change programmes, it is important to invest in your operational team skills and knowledge so that they are more likely to support the leadership and organisation’s efforts to achieving the strategic intent. For example whilst working with your organisation’s leaders in rolling out a change programme, teams can complete the change modules from Scaling Talent which gives them the knowledge and understanding to be able to support the leader’s vision for change. This will result in a more successful outcome.
