SAMPLE PROGRAMME Leading with Purpose and Values

MAPPING THE DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY TO PURPOSEFUL LEADERSHIP

 During the initial ‘ANALYSIS’ stage, we gather data, insights and research including stakeholder input, if agreed, to be able to fully understand the nature of the journey needed to be able to reach the destination.  Once the journey is mapped, our design team creates a bespoke and integrated solution which incorporates the best use of various modes of intervention with continuous and ongoing support from facilitator/coaches who support participants and their line managers as they proceed on their development journey together.  Modes of delivery might include:  Communities of Learning  Action Learning Sets  Coaching – personalised developmental or skills-based  Workplace projects for measurable impact  Individual and group assessments and tools for deeper insights  Extended support through additional learning resources  Bespoke immersion experiences  Digital learning activities

APPLYING AN ADULT DEVELOPMENT APPROACH

 Facilitators and coaches work with individuals to develop their internal operating system alongside the development of external skills. This encourages a shift in perspective to a more creative, growth mindset.  Solutions are designed to incorporate more reflection, practice and application than traditional training.  Creating a safe environment for participants to explore, practice, experiment and learn, building confidence in and enhancing their own authentic leadership style.  Designing experiential activities which allow ‘whole person’ learning for sustainable and lasting impact on both personal and professional performance and business results.

10:10:20:60 ™ LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS A greater focus on application and learning transfer to deliver learning that participants can relate to and affect greater impact. Rooted in adult development principles.

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION Success is in the detail

DESIGNING THE PROGRAMME

 Once concept and rationale are understood, the finer detail is agreed in partnership:

 Goals, outputs and quantifiable measures identified and processes for capturing the relevant data established  Audience & cohort structure – e.g. intact teams vs groups of similar roles  Logistics – scheduling across time zones, creating resources & distributing materials, facilitator briefing, evaluation design and set up, supporting the communications plan, language skills required  Modes of delivery confirmed and outline designs created  Project timelines, duration, commercials and programme timetable agreed including relevant check- ins  Scheduled reviews and debriefs for ongoing analysis and development

PROGRAMME OUTLINE Below is an example outline for a 3 day Leading with Purpose and Values programme. Based on your requirements, this would be customised. For virtual delivery, sessions of 3 hours would be scheduled to allow for a rhythm of learning and the best impact.
