Does the thought of giving feedback fill you with dread? If so, you're not alone. After all, when it's not given well, feedback can negatively affect people's development. But it doesn't have to be this way; learn how to give it effectively and make feedback a gift.
Description
For many, the question "can I give you some feedback?" invokes a sense of dread because they can remember the times feedback was given to them in a negative, non-developmental, way. For feedback to be effective, a learning culture needs to be fostered where it is seen as a gift and an opportunity to grow. This learning culture applies to all levels of an organisation – including leaders. Participants will practice giving feedback, using simple tools and frameworks, in a safe environment.
