Thinking effects behaviors With constant shifting of the skills horizon, it is as important that employees develop such attributes as curiosity, self-leadership and interpersonal intelligence. When designing Future Skill modules, we consider the inner development outcomes as well as the external skill outcomes. Our Future Skills checklist will help inform conversations internally around areas to develop which will impact on culture, behaviors and performance.
