Leadership Circle ™ – The Foundation for Leadership Development

The Future Skills Checklist we showed you is a useful starting point for individual contributors and wider organizations that are creating skills development strategies. However, for a more thorough analysis of developmental focus, and to reflect where they are on their adult development journey (as well as where they might be in terms of emotional maturity), senior leaders should undertake a Leadership Circle Profile ™ .
