Here’s the process in brief:

✓ Agree the deliverables and collaboration process ✓ Take the brief from the client manager or project manager ✓ Search the current knowledge management (through the Client Solutions Team) ✓ Co-create using templates and version control ✓ Assist with the client approval process or content edit requests ✓ Hand over to Client Solutions for any further context or ‘finishing’ (graphic design, proof reading)

✓ Confirm the detailed intellectual property arrangements ✓ Be available to assist with Train the Trainer on the content if needed
